Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mahone’s Wallpaper Shop, we want you to love your home transformation; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened rolls and supplies within 30 days of delivery. Please note that samples and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original plastic wrap, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your rolls in a sturdy box, clearly mark the RA number on the outside, and ship via your preferred carrier with tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
